Our dream is to execute our mission and vision through three major programs and two thematic areas. The programs include education, health and the spiritual outreach while the thematic areas include human resource management and office and infrastructure.
Education will be at the center of the services provided at the Paraclete Charity Foundation Mission Centre. We seek to provide a comprehensive package of education to orphans and vulnerable children in Uganda. We believe that education is a precursor to opening doors and opportunities to the less privileged. Our education programs will include the use of technology, digital skills training and mentorship. Education can leverage significant improvements in the lives of orphans and vulnerable children.
Besides conferring knowledge and life skills, education can contribute to a child’s psychosocial development and provide a safe, structured environment. Under this program, Paraclete Charity Foundation will build nursery, primary and secondary schools, build dormitories and libraries, recruit trained teachers, identified relevant learning and teaching resources; and provide scholastic materials.
In a world where most youth are battling depression, drug addiction and abusive relationships, it is important to organizes piritual outreach programs that will keep them focused on the word of God. Paraclete Charity Foundation recognizes that spiritual outreach is pivotal in nurturing young individuals’ spiritual growth and engagement within the church community. The spiritual outreach program will provide dedicated spaces for youth to explore their faith, develop a solid moral foundation, and actively participate in church life. It will ensure the continuity of religious traditions while empowering the next generation to become leaders and stewards of the faith by involving youth in church activities. The charity will make an investment in construction of a chapel and meditation centres.
Paraclete Chairity seeks to build a sustainable 21st century organization that will stand the test of time. The Human Resource team will be responsible for maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment and supporting the organization’s overall goals by effectively hiring and managing its human capital.
